Paying it back early
Giving back to the community is an important part of any business and what better place to start than with those at the beginning of their journey. Over the years Carlo Pagoda Design Consultancy has been involved in numerous creative activities with Gardenvale Primary School and St. Leonards College, Brighton. Designing programs for student theatrical productions is just one of the ways CPDC gives back to the community.
Consistent design language
The White Horse Hotel Group, Hakuba Japan, catering to winter sport enthusiasts, needed a series of communication pieces, including business cards posters and brochures, that spoke to different audiences, from corporate clients to ski tourists. All had to be individual but consistent and true to the corporate brand.
Designed to communicate
For the British Psychological Society conference on dementia, a program was designed to assist guests with times and locations of scheduled speakers. The cover and internal graphics were based on the idea of memory, with reference to post it notes and the Rorschach ink blot tests as a means of understanding human psychology.
Gourmet in print
As part of ongoing marketing activities to convey the premium quality of their ‘flavour roasted’ nuts, The Gourmet Nut Co. launched this promotional piece at trade shows to reinforce their product’s superior flavour and product variety to those within the food industry and consumers alike.
